Today my friend's little girl accidentally had a wee on the carpet and Dougie's favourite toy got covered! It's the Lamaze Kerry the fairy. He really loves it and I couldnt find a replacement in the shops today.
Any idea how I can clean it so it's safe for him to chew again. :(

just wash it with soap and water, and put hot hot water in the sink with a little bleach and soak the toy in for awhile, to sanitize it. rinse it GOOD and it shoyld be fine!:-)

My LO has the lamaze octopus and I've put it in the washing machine before. Came out perfect. I don't know if the fairy has different attachments though. The octopus has a little plastic rattle and some rings on it's legs but they were fine. I just put it on a delicate wash at 30 degrees with some normal detergent and some napisan thrown in too. I put all his soft toys in the washer every so often (basically I wash anything soft that doesn't have a battery :haha:).

She has crinkly wings. I dunno if that would be a problem. I might just put them in with my nappies later. :)
...obviously not my nappies, Dougie's. :haha:

Washing machine! Delicate wash or something similar. Brooke dropped a toy out of her pram into the rain and someone on stood on it =/ it's a wrinkly rustling teething Teddy but came out like new :)

I put most toys in the washing machine and haven't had a problem yet. Just put it inside a pillowcase, tie a knot in it and wash on a gentle setting - I have a 30 degree hand wash one that seems perfect.

She went in the wash last night, and came out sparkly clean! She's now drying on the washing line. Thank youuuuuu. :)
