How can I thank OH for being my rock?!

I'm just wondering what can I get for OH as a Thank You present when it comes to putting up with me thought out the pregnancy?

I'm just grateful for everything he does and doing for me I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant and last night for the first time I had to sleep downstairs due to pressure on my stomach and I couldn't get comfy. Also wanted to give OH some peace instead of waking him with me moving all over.

I've finished work early due to bleeding and stress so I'm at home doing nothing all day mainly on B&B ! Which I feel bad about. I do get the housework and tea done before he's home and do the food shopping ect but I feel really bad when he's done a 12 hour shift at work and I'm 'relaxing' he says enjoy it because when peanut is here I'll be busy etc which he's right!

I don't know how he copes with me when I'm crying my eyes out because of hormones and just worried etc and I shut down and he's always asking so I take it out on him but he just watches me, feeling helpless and strokes my hair or back and stocks the tissues up for me!

He's my rock and I feel like I should give or do something for him for all the crap basically that I throw at him.

Any ideas? I've got a very limited budget though so need something cheap etc but shows huge appreciation

your giving him a baby what more can you give him? but i would like to get my OH a pressie as he has been a diamond! but not sure what to get him x

I'm getting my OH his favourite PC game & giving him a few hundred quid to pay towards his VERY ANNOYING DEBTS that he had BEFORE he met me!!!! GRR. lol But that doesn't feel like enough.. especially as it's not a surprise and he knows about them both :/ I'm looking for something more romantic... *waits for ideas*

what is something that he has always wanted to do? maybe try do that for him? boys day out racing cars or something like that...

or do a nice romantic dinner of his favourite meal...candles. etc.. give him a nice massage maybe..or put favourite telly on...

seeing as you 28 weeks maybe make little notes , 28 pieces of papers with something on that you love about him. tap them to cans of beer or something, packets of chrips chocolates etc..if he drinks beer! lol so everytime he has one there is a note as to why you love him so much.

make a fake cheque book tht he can cash in for treats of his choice with you

Just do something personal that he would love. For my OH that's cooking my chocolate brownies for him and going out for a walk with him and the dog - I do this whenever I have the energy to make up for the days where he waits on me hand and foot. I don't think you need to spend money to make someone feel special.

I made my OH a bath with candles and a helium balloon in it and a dadosaurus flannel ( birthdays / clintons sell them only £2! He loved it

I also have an I love my daddy baby grow and bib to dress LO that he doesn't know about to surprise him when LO is finally here ( please come out baby!!)

I was in hospital for over a week a couple of months ago, and my OH was just phenomenal! He was there all day, every day. It was so boring, and seeing him so worried about me was bloody awful!
So when i got out of hospital, I went and bought him his football teams new kit! He wasn't expecting it, and absolutely loved it!

maybe just get him a thank you card and write a heartfelt message - would mean more than spending money on him x

I've already bought my OH a Liverpool FC zippo lighter he's been eyeing up for years, but I'm thinking about getting it engraved.

Also his birthday is quite close to my due date so I'll cook us a nice meal and treat him to FIFA12. Little things, but food and FIFA wins his heart, and he's been a star for putting up with me!!
