How did I get here?

Does anyone else feel like they sort of cheated their way through pregnancy? I was admitted after a growth scan last thursday showed DS2 was looking tiny, was induced within a few days and now we're home with a baby, 4 weeks earlier than expected.

I had hardly any morning sickness in first tri, and because he was so small I hardly had a bump to show (3 days PP and my tummy is flat), I didn't have heartburn/swelling/backache/shortness of breath/needing to pee lots/pressure or any of the usual 3rd tri complaints! then because he was small he just popped out, just two tiny grazes, so recovery has been very straight forward.

I have been so busy during pregnancy, working 9-5, spending time with DS1 and working in the evenings I literally haven't yet had 5 minutes to think about pregnancy, let alone being a mum of two!! I was supposed to be at work this week, then have 3 weeks off to get everything ready!

I am completely over the moon and love my new little bundle, it just feels like it's all happened without me noticing!
