How do I insert blinkies into my sig?

I feel dumb, I can't figure it out for the life of me!

You need the HTML code of the blinkie. It needs to be hosted at a site like photobucket.com.

Once you have the code click the little picture at the top of the editing box and a window will pop up that you can paste the code into.

And it should look like this for example (without the *)

[IMG*]www.photbucket.com/yourimage[/IMG*]
