How do I know if it's reflux?

Hi all!

The last few days LO has been very whingey on putting her down after a feed. She has also been quite sicky and has hiccups often. I have read a few threads on here about reflux and I was wondering how would I know if she has this?

Feeding time became (still is a little) a nightmare for me,Lola just couldn't drink without screaming.but what ur lo is doing definitely sounds like reflux Hun and u might wanna talk to the dr before it gets any worse xx

Sounds just like my daughter. She had all those symptoms you described and also arches her back and makes a grunting noise during feeds. If you keep her upright for at least half an hour after a feed, it should help. My doctor was reluctant to diagnose reflux because they tend to grow out of it by 6 months but I persevered and they gave her baby gaviscon which helped her alot. Hope she's better soon hun

Thanks! Just feeding her now so will try keeping her upright afterwards for a while
