How do i spot an infection after erpc?

I had erpc on 3rd april after a mmc... i was on doxycycline for a week afterwards and had a few trips to hosp with cramps... since last wednesday-ish everything started getting better, no real cramps just sporadic gush of blood on a night, would gush out then stop. Still getting BFP and about an hour ago i started getting a crampy uncomfy pain in my left back... like juts below kidney, it goes round into my tummy, maybe trapped wind?? im just wondering if anyone can tell me what to look out for if i get an infection..??

Me and Oh did the deed the other night and since then i been spotting really dark brown bloody / watery discharge but only when i wipe (sorry tmi!) is this normal? it has a very metally smell.. not a horrible nasty smell just a bit metally / bloody and i am also passing very small clots... im hoping this is normal and my bodys getting rid of whats making me still get BFP....

i must say actually when we BD we used a condom so it would keep things very clean xxx

could possibly be your period trying to start itself, period can come at anytime chick. if your concerned then please go see a doctor. if you had a bad infection the smell would be bad.
