How do OPK's work?

Do you take one every day of the month, or just around O? How many do you take a month? Curious that's all

I used to take them for a week around the time i thought i was ovulating, a few days before and a few days after.

So say you think you O on the 10th ... take them from the 7th until the 13th iykwim?

What if you have no idea? If I'm not PG I just want to know if I'm ovulating

I take them almost all month. I start around day 10 and sometimes don't ovulate until day 30! Be sure you buy internet cheapy ones or you will go broke!
