Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. The admin team will continue to work on existing issues, templates and upgrade all necessary available addons to minimize impact of this new version.
How do you cook your turkey?

I follow Nigella lawsons recipe. Youbrine it overnight then cook for 2-3 hours MAX. delicious. People always wayyyy overcook their turkey (my gran used to do hers OVERNIGHTlike 12+ hours wtf?!)
Yeah my Mum used to do that as well, my turkey tends to end up a bit dry, so was looking for ideas how to stop it lol
12 cooked turkey gotta be v dry 
we get one from Sainsburys with a pop up timer (fool proof ) as one year we cut into it and it was not cooked properly 
so had to put it back in the oven 
but we dont add anything to it
