I can't get Imogen to go down for a nap at all in the day in her cot, I'll try but she just seems to capnap, usually in her swing.
At night, she has a bath at 8, then a bottle, a cuddle then in bed by nine, she always goes straight off. She goes off in the dark, she seems to prefer it that way xx
