you ovulated?

I don't chart because i'm irregular and i dont keep an eye on my temp, i have never fely ovulation pain once in my life so i have no idea what that is like either. The only thing i can think of that may help me is the ewcm. When that appears is that the day you ovulate or is it before/after?

I just use the online calculators to give me an indication then listen to your body, sounds strange but after a couple of cycles I started noticing stuff and feeling the slight changes that I was oblivious to before x

If you are irregular, then you would definitely benefit from charting your temps and paying attention to your CM. The only way to know for sure when you O'd (other than an ultrasound) is to chart your temps every morning and see when your thermal shift is.

I totally agree! I have really irregular cycles (anywhere from 30 to 60 days, average of 40) and by keeping an eye on my mucus and taking my temps every morning, I can pinpoint the exact day of O every month!
