How do you remember which side?

Hi, congrats on your gorgeous baby! Maybe you could put a small piece of coloured tissue in the side you've just fed on, to remind you that you've used that side. This is useful if you're wearing nursing pads as well. Hope this helps?https://www.babyandbump.com/images/smilies/cloud9.gif

I was advised to wear band eg, hair band, bracelet or something on the wrist of the side I finished on

A hairband on your wrist is a good one :D Dont worry though - you'll soon just know by how they feel. ;)

yea i did the hair band on the wrist thing. Tried swapping my watch but that jus annoyed me. Luckily my baby had 2 boobs most times after a few weeks anyway so we always go left then right.

It's what side you start on that needs to be alternated....not necessarily which side you finish on;)

I just cup my boobs with my hands and I can usually tell:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

I tried the hairband idea and I became so so confussed!! I was never sure if I had put the band on the side that needed to use next or the side I had just used! :dohh:

After about 2 weeks I could tell from the size of them- one whould be larger and heavier/ one floppy

I find that comfort wise you remember which side you have fed from last. Usually the other one gets more engorged.
