How does this sound?

I am planning on making hampers this year for friends and wanted some opinions on the contents.

I'm going for a mostly savoury theme, and making everything from scratch with personalised labels.

Winter spiced vodka
Alcoholic raspberry cordial
Cinnamon and spiced apple jam
Miniature Christmas puddings
Spicy cranberry relish
Hazelnut and brandy mince pies

Can anyone think of any other savoury things I could add in?

We're making hampers this year. We did it last year and it went down really well. It did take a lot of time and effort but both me and DH loved doing it. This is what we're doing this year.

Sloe Gin
Chicken liver parfait
Chilli Jam
Red onion chutney
Christmas pudding bon bons
Christmas cake
Italian chocolate and nut cake
Pickled onions
Chocolate and pistachio fudge
Gruyere & parmesan allumettes (cheesy biscuits)
Feta in a herb, garlic and chilli oil
a whole salami - we're buying these from a german market

Nigellas Christmas recipe book is really good for christmas gift ideas.
We made the sloe gin a couple of weeks ago. We are doing the pickled onions and chilli jam with weekend.

Make sure you make a little bit extra for yourself.

My dad loves coffee so last year me and mum went to wittards of chelsea and got him loads of different coffee and he had a huge hamper full of it haha! he loved it and at least he used it all..

I am gonna make some for my sister and my mum!

Nigella has a recipe for spiced nuts and they're delicious. I made them last year. Its basically mixed nuts and rosemary, salt, sugar and some spices.

I'm doing themed ones for each of my sets of parents. I'm doing a gaming/night in one for my mum & stepdad with some Wii & PC games and some vodka, lime, and lemonade, glasses for having them in, and fun ice cube tray, and a cookery themed one for dad & stepmum with a recipe book, gin & tonic, measuring spoons, some gadget (haven't decided yet), mugs with chocolate dipped spoons & hot chocolate & a personalised grocery canvas bag & shopping list notebook.

For both of them and other people I'm making chocolate & raspberry brownies, spiced apple cookies, some kind of jam, some kind of chutney, and some fudge I think.

Piccilily (is that how you spell it?) You have to have that in a hamper. Sounds lovely what you are already doing though.
