How early can babies start teething?!?!

Hiya ladies just wondering if anyones little ones have started teething really early?

My little man is only 11 weeks but has recently started dribbling so much that i may have to start putting a bib on him as his clothes/baby grows are always wet at the top....

I have spoken to a few of my mum friends and thought that theres no way he can be teething already but some seem to think its possible!?!?!

Some babies are born with teeth so really it can happen at any time xx

Although saying that, Fran went through a very dribbly stage around 13/14wks then it stopped again and her first tooth didn't come through until about 3 weeks ago!

Dd started drooling and hands in mouth at 12 weeks by 8 months she had 7 teeth! It can happen anytime! x

oh gosh thats amazing- i really hope hes not teething yet as hes only just started sleeping more than 2-3 hrs a time!!lol Hopefully its just a very dribbly stage but will soon find out i suppose. xx

Yeah she didn't get a tooth thru til 6 months tho so 3 months of teething but she wasn't too bad x

My LO started dribbling alot by about 9/10 weeks, last week her first bottom tooth cut through, today the one next to it slightly cut through so it is perfectly possibly your LO may be an early teether xx

My son had 2 full teeth out at 10 weeks (then 2 more at 4 months, then nothing until 15 months!), your friend is quite wrong!!! Some babies are born with teeth. Yes, it's very unusual to have early teeth but not impossible.

My LO started teething around 8 weeks but didnt actually cut a real tooth til 6 months

Owen showed no signs of teething but woke up one morning with 2 teeth at 13 weeks old,so yeah its very possible!

Mine started showing teething signs at three months and cut his two bottom teeth at 5 months. The second one cut through the night after the first. He's now 7.5 months and hasn't had anymore pop out x
