How long after + opk do you ovulate?

I just want to know because ususally I ovulate the day after I get + opk. I had that yesterday morning and this morning I got all confused, I woke up at 3 when my little boy came in our bed, I thought it was 7 so did my temp and I thought it said 97.33. I went back to sleep when I realised what time it really was and temped again at 7.30 and thought it said 97.60 which was the same temp as yesterday. I was cleaning it a bit ago and switched it on and it said my last temp was 98.60 which would have been my thermal shift if I was half asleep and read thermometer wrong. Like I said though I usually ovulate the day after positive opk and it shows the massive thermal shift like this one would be.

it might not be an accurate result because your sleep was disrupted. See what happens tomorrow because it's normal to have the odd temp that doesn't fit the pattern.
