Hi, I'm exclusively breastfeeding my almost 10.5 month old and just got my first positive OPK yesterday. DH and I BD, I got up immediately after, and tested about 30 minutes later...and to my surprise, I got a blazing positive! My tests were positive for 24 hours and are now negative. Do I still have a chance of conceiving since I only BD once right BEFORE getting the first positive test? TMI, I'm afraid I ruined any chance since I got up right after we BD and everything seemed to leak out. Today is CD 18 and my cycles range from 26-37 days, so I'm worried my LP is too short to get or stay pregnant. Does anyone have any advice or experience with this?

Yes you still have a great chance! I wouldn't worry too much about it because you caught your positive OPK.

As far as getting right up afterwards, both of my girls were conceived in a mostly standing position and I went to the bathroom immediately after. And for your LP, you could have ovulated late and still have a normal LP.
