how long did your baby stay in each size of clothing?

Hiya im just wondering how long your babys stayed in each size of clothing
my ds is 9 weeks old 15lb 8oz and in size 6-9 months he was in
newborn 0-2 weeks
0-3 months 2-5 weeks
3-6 months 5-8 weeks
6-9months 9 weeks

Newborn til 6 weeks
0-3 till 14 weeks
3-6 till 5 months
He's hovering inbetween 6-9 and 9-12 and has been for a good 3 weeks now! I guess his weight gain has slowed down!

My son was born at 10lb5oz.
Newborn Didnt fit.
0-3 Up to 4/5 weeks
3-6 from 5ish weeks to 10 ish weeks
6-9 wen he was 3.5 months
and so on.The first time his age matched upto his clothes size was 12-18 because he walked at ten months and his weight gain slowed down then.

Lily was 5lbs15oz at birth and has always been tiny. She's 15 months now and is only just beginning to fit into 9-12 months.
Connor was 6lbs15oz at birth and is putting on weight a lot quicker than Lily did. Tiny baby fitted for around 4-5 weeks, first size/newborn fitted for about 2 weeks after that and now he's in 0-3. He is 10 weeks. X

it really varies on brand too.

My LO is 90percentile and is nearly 4 months and still fits some 0-3mth stuff but some 3-6mth is already looking small.

LO only lasted in 3-6 for about 2 weeks I was gutted as he had HEAPS of clothes in that size.

Newborn/first size - 0-4 wks
0-3 mths - until the day she turned 3 months
3-6 - only lasted until she was almost 4 and a half months
6-9 - 4.5-7 months
9-12 - 7 months til present (10.5 months). They still fit her well but we have bought 12-18 month summer clothes for going on holiday next week. They will be a bit big i think but will do all summer too x

Newborn/First size - till he was 8 weeks
Up to 1 month - till he was 12 weeks

He's 4.5 months now, 16lbs and still in up to 3 months, with plenty of room. Won't be in 3-6 for a few weeks yet.

3-6: Still fits now but starting to get a bit tight
6-9: Starting to fit still a bit big though

Depends where you buy from really, Primarks sizing is really small but Asda tend to be really big..

12 month: 13 month - current (16.5 months)

She still wears 9-12 month tops, but she's got long legs and her 12 month pants are just starting to get too short.

Varies so much with each baby! My first son was in each size exactly when he should be, and he is still that way. But he has always been pretty much in the 50% for height and weight.

Colton is a much faster grower, though, so we've blown through lots of sizes already. He was in Newborn for about 3 weeks, 0-3 from 4wks-9wks, 3-6 from 9wks-12 wks, 6-9 from 12wks-18wks, 12 months from 18wks - 8 1/2 months, now he is in 18 months clothes at 8 1/2 months. The smaller sizes just went so fast, it was literally only a few weeks in each one! He slowed down a lot though, so at least we aren;t still going through sizes like crazy anymore!

Premature for 8 weeks, newborn until about 12 weeks, 0-3 until about 20 weeks I forget the rest. He's 20 months and has been in 12-18 for the last 8-9 months

6-9 month - until 6 months
9-12 months - until 10.5 months (just grew out of them)

He's currently in 12-18 months and it fits well.

Newborn: 2 weeks - 8 weeks
0 - 3 months: 8 weeks - current (11 weeks)

3 month clothes are still too big at this point. She's tiny though, lowest weight was 5lb 14oz and only 18in at birth!

I have some cute 3 month outfits that I'm excited for, but I don't think they'll fit for another month.

Alex was in a mix of early and tiny baby for the first few weeks, newborn until the last 3 weeks (ish) and now 0-3 months, he will be 4 months on Sunday. I have some 3-6 month clothing but most of it still drowns him, esp. round the waist.

wow! makes me feel like I have a super big baby...but then again he's like 90th percentile for weight...

Matthew was 8lbs. 13oz. at birth and gained a little slowly at first, so...
newborn: almost the first 5 weeks I think
0-3: I felt like he breezed right through these in a couple weeks
3-6: maybe got a month or month and a half out of these
6-9: still fits into certain 9 month clothes, but cannot wear pants in this size...and onesies are a stretch usually
12: I bought two things in 12 month size, and they barely snapped, so I've just jumped up to 18 months in some things for my 5 month old! eek! Even though they're slightly big and a bit long, I figure they will just last him longer?
18: they are a little big, but because of his shape they fit better than 12 month. Hopefully my baby won't be in toddler clothes too quickly! haha

Also, he's almost 19 pounds, but because he is shaped differently than most clothing brands are, the pounds they list on the tag don't seem to match up with what actually fits well.

LO was 10.7 born so:
Newborn - 1 day (going home outfit)
0-3 months - 2 months
3-6 months - 2 and a half months
6-9 months - 2 months ( some still fit him, especially trousers from next as they ae long)
He is 6 months now and in 9-12 months tops but 6-9 months trousers - he weighs 21 lbs

um...Newborn was around 8 weeks, longer for certain items. 0-3 until around 4 or 5 months, 3-6 until 8 months, 6-9....still fit her! She's over 11 months now. She wears 9-12 now but the legs of the babygrows are WAY too long for her (she has short legs but her dad and I have short legs...he's 29" leg I'm 30" leg!).

She was born 7lb 15oz but it took a while for her weight gain to get going. She was 18lb 13oz 2 weeks ago today, so around 19lb now
