How long do you have to be employed for before being eligible for paternity leave?

This has probably been asked before sorry, after looking on the net I'm a bit confused - how long does FOB have to work at his job before being entitled to paternity leave? (In the UK, assuming they are not self employed etc)
 
Just had a quick look on google and found this: To qualify for Ordinary Paternity Leave you must have been with your employer for at least 26 weeks by The end of the 15th week before the start of the week when the baby is due. I can't post links as I am too new ;) the website is the money advice service and is under paternity leave and pay. HTH x
