How long is EBM good for at room temp?

I have to go in for some medical tests and I can't take LO with me. Hubby is going to watch her and I hope it won't take too long, but I want to leave DH with a bottle of expressed milk just in case. Not that she'd necessarily drink it! If I pump into a sterilised bottle how long will the EBM last while out and about? Thanks xx

It's up to 6 hrs. Ideal time is 4 I believe.

I go by the 10/10 rule, 10 hours out, 10 days in the fridge, then up to a year or more in the deep freeze.

If your baby is healthy and not premature. I had a 41 week 9lb baby and he did perfectly fine with this, many health agencies are more conservative
