I was wondering how long I should wait to start skateboarding, I had my son 3 weeks ago. Should I take a calcium supplement on top of my prenatals? I'm a big time skateboarder (stairs, bowl, high drops off of things) so lots of pressure on my bones. I'm BF'ing as well, so I figured that would drain a lot of my calcium, I dont really drink milk because I dont like it and I dont want my bones to be weak just encase I fall.

    Thanks in advance :) :hugs:

Here in the UK your advised to wait until your 6week check up to do exercise. How was your labour? Any stitches or anything? If you tore I'd def wait until they have healed.
