OPK's be positive for?

I've been getting + opk's since Friday and we've been BD'ing like mad, so much so my vajayjay is starting to feel like I've been DTD the with my Mr's manhood wrapped in sandpaper

Today was the strongest positive I've had, test line sucked all the colour so there was barely nothing on the control line so does this mean prime day is tomorrow? which basically means I have spent all weekend shagging like a teenager stuck in the honeymoon period for nothing and I somehow have to be brave and do it again  even poor DH said to me this morning that I actually looked sad at the prospect of having to do more BDing lmao thank god he is so understanding :dohh:

You can get pregnant by having :sex: two or three days before O [happened to two of my girlfriends] - you don't have to have it on the exact date of O - I would say 2-3 times during your 5 fertile days is pretty good.

My advice is to switch to every other day or buy a fertility friendly lubricant like PRESEED. If :sex: is really painful etc. it can possibly hurt your chances b/c you might not be ahem...wet...and there is not enough fertile cervical mucus to move the sperm along. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with BDing every day during your fertile period - only if you're experiencing pain like you say you are..

For me, the longest I had a + opk was this month. It was positive for 3 days and I ovulated on the 2nd + day [I confirmed with temping]. You don't necessarily only O until after your opk turns negative...

Good luck :dust:

My fertility specialist said if you BD every other day, it gives you about the same chances as if you BD every day because sperm live minimum 24 hours.

Thank god for that, you ladies are legends, thank you

No prob & def. look into preseed lubricant - it SUPER helped our babymaking :sex: sessions lol & I'm pretty sure it's a big reason why I got my :bfp: this month! Good luck.

but still you have more chances when you bd every day since the amount of sperm alive is bigger during the first hours and a little percentage stays alive after 24 hours...of course it takes only one to make the miracle happen!again its better to bd every day the egg stays alive 12-24 hours so that the sperm will def meet the egg and not miss this time frame...

Once the test line is darker than the control line that's your positive, and you'll ov within 48 hours, and the egg can live up to 24 hours so I'd bd the next 3 days to be safe!

CD20 - 8 days after getting 1st +OPK of the cycle and they are still positive :dohh:

I don't understand it, I haven't BD since last weekend as I got a nice case of thrush after all the horizontal samba last week

I had a miscarriage on the 29th Sept at 5 weeks, so I can only assume it has played hell with my cycle.

I'm sorry, I'm guessing maybe it's still picking up the hcg or some other reason related to your m/c. Again, sorry about your M/C and good luck :dust:
