Hey everyone, im trying to conceive, been with my OH for 6 and a half years, got enagaged on xmas day (in india! ) 2006. I came off BCP about 3 weeks ago. What are the chances of me getting PG so soon? I thought about 3 months, but iv read stories that women get PG in their first month off BCP?? Its my birthday this month and i would love to be PG by then!! Lindz x
Hi I hear lots of stories of women getting pregnant as soon as they come off the pill. So as long as you bd on your fertile days, I guess you stand a good chance. Good luck xx
It varies a lot from woman to woman, some don't even get their AF till a year or so later! I'm lucky cause mines practically gone back to normal.. But after 3months i'm not pregnant lol so i've no idea. It's just about getting the timing right really! Good luck x
Some experts reckon that you are very fertile when you just come off the pill, but think you will find a mixed bag here hun, some been trying for months even years, others got pg straight away. Hope your ttc journey is short and sweet. x.
it just depends how fast ur body takes2 get bk 2 "normal" hopin its fast 4 u, ive just been reading another post of a ladie who stopped BCP ,she had a 41 day cycle and is on cycle day 61 now !! they shud really explain all this b4 giving it so easily!! wish u the best...IF u think right i b pg within a yr, anything b4 is a bonus aint it "" best of luck x
Iv been on it 6 years, this might sound really silly but how do i work out my fertile days? As im only on my 1st month off it I dont know how many cycle days i have between each period. Iv been moody and then wanna cry at the stupidest things! I went to the post office to tax my car and I didnt take the right bit of the insurance so they wouldnt tax it, rang my OH and was nearly crying coz they wouldnt do it! think its all just coz of the pill, my nipples have been so sore the last few days though, I dont know whats going on, im a wreck!! Everyone varies, it does happen in the first month. For me i'm just about to embark on my 6th cycle, and we not can't ever imagining happening, i hope ur's is speedy. XXX
