How many braxton hicks is too many ?

I've been feeling a large amount of braxton hicks today. I went out shopping and was walking around for about 3 hours so I'm
Wondering if this has anything to do with it.
I'm pregnant with my 4th baby and have been having bh since about 16 weeks but generally just one or 2 at nighttime !! I asked my doctor about this and she said it's perfectly normal to experience them sooner the more babies you have.
I'm a little worried today though as it seems to be way too many for this early in my pregnancy !! I seem to be feeling them about every 10 minutes !
Any thoughts ?

If you get them every ten minutes (or 5-6) in an hour is when my OB said I need to get checked out. But firstly I was told to drink lots of water, keep my bladder empty, and lay down to see if it slows them down or stops them. They are probably happening because you were so active, and taking a break will probably slow them down, if not I would go get checked out.

Having more than 4 in an hour, you should call your doctor.
