How many days can ov last?

So ladies I'm a bit clueless and would like to know how long does ov last? I've been getting twinges and tight feeling in lower belly for about five days and cm for about 6 days. Had bd a day or two before cm started and one day after it started. And not sure when to test?

Ovulation takes a moment. Your body gears up to ovulate for a few days, egg shoots out, then it takes about a week to travel down the fallopian tube. Do you mean how long are you fertile?

General consensus is around 7 days - 5 days before O, day of, and day after.
