how many days do your opk`s stay positive?

for those of you that have still continued taking opk`s after you get a positive how long does the positive usually last? (different tests not the same one)

This last cycle I did OPKs for a few days running. I had positive for three days in a row. It was slight line for two days and then darker on the third. I forgot to POAS on the fourth day and then the fifth was negative.

I had pos opk's for 3 days then gave up testing as I heard this is quite normal x x x

I'm on the fourth day of positive opks. It is very confusing to me too. Ive heard this may mean your body is trying to ovulate but hasn't yet, however, I've seen a temp rise.
