How many dpo does implantation occur?

Sooooo on average how many dpo does implantation occur if you've conceived? Thanks for helping a newbie out!

when I searched early pregnancy symptoms all the sites said implantation occured between 6-12 dpo.

Wow...that's such a variation between woman to woman. Lol, I wish it could be a specific day for everyone so that there was no waiting or uncertainty involved.

I read 6-12 for implantation and then another 4-5 days before a HPT can detect HCG.
