how many g of preseed to use?

How much do u use.....it says 2-3 g. .....I used 1.5 tonight! Just cuz I hears less is more......I don't have a dryness problem per say but husband tries to spit (I know tmi) sometimes so thought I would try it because we often have the fan on n it dries me up...also....I have a problem finding my ewcm....so figured it could help I'm so excited but how much did u use.

I haven't used it yet but I've read other ladies on here saying the recommended amount is way too much and they only use half or 1/3 of what the instructions recommend.

I only use 1g, anymore than that and id be spitting too
