how many naps..

..should my LO be having at 9 weeks old?

Emie is only a day older then your Alfie and only has a very loose routine. The amounts of naps a day varies everyday but appears to be falling into a pattern of;
Wake - 7.30ish, goes back to sleep about 8.30/9am for about an hour. Will usually have nap at about lunch time, then again at 3/4pm for a good few hours. Bath and bed then at 8pm.

It can depend on if we spend the day in house, out and about using car etc.

Some days tyler would sleep the day away at 9 weeks others he would be awake alot of the time, i think it varies tbh hun xx

He never sleeps the day away now he sort of has alot of little cat naps then is awake from about 4-5ish until he goes to bed at 8:30. Just wasnt too sure what was normal.

my LO has 3 naps a day, a morning and afternoon nap of around an hour, and a longer 2 hour nap around lunchtime
