fell pregnant while NTNP?

We were in between ntnp and ttc, I did temp my bbt.
Got pregnant on the 2nd month.

Me! A honeymoon baby! First cycle NTNP whilst on honeymoon, was also my first month off bcp in 9years.

We decided to wait till after our genetic specialist appointment in June. After the appointment we were NTNP and were going to see how it goes, I got pregnant weeks after the appointment, first time out!

Me! Well, I was basically 'playing with fire' because I was on vacation and did not get my nuvaring refill. I was off of it for about 2.5 weeks, and I didn't think (clearly!) it would happen, so I was pretty shocked. We are very happy, though, just had to speed up the wedding until next month!
