I've started taking angus cactus bought from Holland and Barrett (3.9mg) bottle says to take 1 a day is that correct for trying to balance cycles out? TIA x

The one lady whom I know got pregnant with 1000mg a day. With 1000mg it can take months so 3.9mg might be too less. If I start on vitex I might want to start on 1000mg
