how much did your belly grow from 24 weeks to 27 weeks?

right now i am 24 weeks and at my baby shower i will be 26 weeks, 5 days. i am wondering how much difference you all saw in your belly size in this time?

i am obviously pregnant, but as of now compared to my other pregnant guests, my belly is the smallest! i am hoping its bigger for the shower...it just seems weird to have the smallest belly at my own shower! should i expect any growth?

I turned 26 weeks today and I've got to say I've had a massive growth spurt over the last couple of weeks. Baby really starts to increase in size after wk 24, so you'll probably see a fairly significant change in the next 3 weeks before your shower xxx

I'm not speaking from experience, but I've seen several pictures where people really 'pop' within 2 weeks. One of my girlfriends didn't have a bump at all, then at 20 weeks, BAM, she had a huge one. Two weeks later, even bigger.

I have the exact same worry :0 My first shower is in 3 weeks and honestly I still have days where I could pass for not even being pregnant depending on how baby is settled but I've only gained about 10 pounds so I'm not sure if that makes a difference or if it's just that I'm tall and have a long torso..

So to answer your question, I didn't really see any real growth between those weeks - hoping for a massive growth spurt soon

Heheh thanks! Same to you, hopefully we both have nice big proper bumps for our showers I keep imagining them doing a shower game where they guess how big moms belly is and me just standing there like " Uhm.. well.. it's about the same as it was beforehand" LOL

I grew a TON from 26-27 weeks. . .it was frightening, lol! By 27 weeks you should have a decent bump. From 24-28 weeks or in that time period the baby doubles in weight. . .so it makes sense.
