How much longer after ovulation cramps do you actually ovulate?

I had ovulation cramps last Thursday AND Friday and i don't temp...when do you think that puts my ovulation day? Thursday, Friday or Saturday? Please help...i'm trying to track my DPO..

everyone different so its hard to tell...for me I usually ovulate the day after the pain
