How much sleep do you get?

I get into bed once D'S goes to bed at 7-8pm ish take meds at 9 asleep by 12. Most days Fob gets up with D'S. I get up once a week. I need 8-10 hours plus a nap on day most days 1-2 hours due to my MH and ME/CFS I wish I could sleep and be well on less xxx
