how much water....

    should u be drinking every day???i cant remember how much ur suppose to be drinking :p

    2 litres i think well that's what it says on my yoga DVD :D xx

    Mimimum of 1.2 litres is apparently what health professionals advise. However, this does not have to be water. It can include tea infusions, juice and pop. Obviously, pure water is probably better. Just not caffeine as it dehydrates. The advice is to to drink a glass of water after you've had a caffeinated drink.

    I think it depends on various factors such as your size, the climate you live in, your activity level, and the efficiency of your renal system.
    As mentioned above, 8 glasses is probably a good guideline for everyone, but you should drink more if your urine is dark yellow, more if you're constipated, and more if you feel thirsty. These are signs that the standard "8 glasses" are not enough, for whatever reason.
    Just listen to your body's cues, and you should be fine! :)
