At 28 weeks, I had put on about 15 pounds or so. Or 25... I lost about 10 pounds in the first tri, so I guess it depends on how you look at it, lol.
Now with 8 weeks to go (and up 19 pounds), I'm hoping that I stick with the pound-a-week weight gain. I reaaaaally don't want to gain over 30 pounds total, I was a chunkier girl to begin with (154 pounds, 5'6'), and I know I'll struggle to lose the weight!
