My little one has 4-5oz every 3-4 hours.

Sometimes goes up to 5-6 hours at night without feeding

it was only yesterday she couldnt finish her 5oz bottle but since yesterday evening shes been having a whole 7oz?

Maybe shes having a growth spurt? My little one had one last week and she went back to feeding every two hours. They usually have one at 5 or 6 weeks.
