I try to eat at least six little meals a day. I get up at around 4 or 5 am to go to work, so I eat, then I get my break two hours after I start work that's my second, then I get another little break two hours after that, that's my third. I eat when I get home from work that's my fourth, I eat around 5 pm that's my fifth, then I eat around 7 or 8 pm that's my sixth...then I take my prenatal vitamins and go to bed.
When I was six weeks pregnant and seven weeks, I didn't get morning sickness at all...which I guess I was lucky, just a little nausea around 6 or 7 pm. But no vomiting or anything.
