my son breastfeeds 3/4 times during and after his bedtime routine until he eventually falls asleep at 10.30/11ish

is this normal or too much feeding. health visitor seems to think it's ok and he is going through a growth spurts

whoops meant to post in breastfeeding forum never mind any help would be welcome

They all go through phases of this, it's called cluster feeding. If your breastfeeding, this is important for maintaining and adjusting your supply. If you're bottle feeding I guess it's less important but I'd still go with whatever baby wants. See it this way: Any milk you can get into them in the evening, they won't wake up for during the night.

I am breastfeeding and he is getting better at sleeping during the night tends to sleep 6/7 hours now. just wanted to check I'm doing the right thing and going with the flow feeding him whenever he wants

Yep, feeding on demand is going to be the best thing for you and your LO.

Feed on demand definitely. It's tiring yes, but it's meeting your baby's exact needs which is a mothers job.

At that age my LO would go to bed at 7 and usually feed around 11/4/7 and then up for the day at 9am. Co slept for 4am

Feed on demand and stop worrying, whats normal for one baby may not be normal for another. As long as you feed on demand when your baby shows signs/asks and you have a good diaper out put nothing else matters.
