How often to you have takeaway?

How often to you have takeaway? Be it delivered or picked up for lunch or dinner!

We do once a week, but sometimes we do more. Not Caitlyn, she has dinner and is in bed before Rich even gets home but by that time I can't be arsed. I need to stop though Hoping this thread will embarrass me enough!

When hubby is away and its just me...I eat out as I don't like to cook every night just for me. So probably twice a week.

We do about 1x/week. We always get vietnamese though and I don't really consider it unhealthy! Also it's cheap and so so so good - had it last night actually!! mmm

It was once a month last few months been 1/2 over the month but were back to once a month.

Thing is though 3 out of 4 times i pick a salad & jacket potato lol.

We eat really good foods and when we eat a takeaway it really messes with our stomachs and we feel really sick!
