Good morning mommies, I am very confused about how to properly check CM - sorry for the TMI!!! I have read conflicting things about checking at vaginal opening vs checking right at the cervix - whats most accurate  - do you use a glove? A co-worker recommended to do a cervical self swab - but that seems invasive and excessive :nope:... Thank You!
Again sorry for getting so personal

You can check it at your cervix as that will be the most accurate but just checking at the vaginal opening works for me. You can also just wipe with a tissue and examine what is there if you have enough cm at the time. After a BM is the best time to check this way.

No need for gloves IMO, just wash your hands before and after. Its your own body after all :flower:

I basically just have a lil rummage in there lol & then just check ya fingers after to see if its creamy/watery etc..
