how to contact administrater?

I havent been able to acess the first trimester for a week now, I'm not sure if its my stupid computer, its the only page I have problems with, how do i fix this?

go to the main page of baby and bump and go to forum help and testing area and start a thread asking the question most of the admins check that area regularly
