How to get rid of virus posts on fb

A friend of mine sent me a link one of those 'click on this to see how this girl got expelled!'. I'm presuming it's not my friend and her account got hacked by a virus as I've seen lots of them around. Anyone know how to delete the link off my page??

If you hover your mouse over the post, a little cross should appear in the top right hand corner of the post. Click that and it'll give you an option to delete the post.
