So I know that I want to wait a little longer before telling my bosses but I'm a little nervous.

Last time I didn't tell them I was pregnant I told tthem I was having a miscarriage. And they were all so supportive, they let me take as much time as I needed, offered me anything I needed, paid time off. They were amazing.

But I'm still really nervous about telling them. I don't know how to do it.

Any suggestions? How did everyone tell their boss or bosses?

I have a male boss and it was awkward enough telling him the 1st time! So the 2nd time I just blurted it out at his desk as fast as I could. His first question was regarding my health. Unexpected and much easier than I thought. It was a bit like telling a dad figure though. The jig was up! He new I had done the deed lol.

I know how you feel. I'm only five weeks and would like to tell my boss as at the moment it would actually lead to more job stability, yet not wanting to tell yet as I don't feel confident about this pregnancy yet...

I told my boss the week after I found out... I wanted her to know just in case I was acting stupid or weird because I had just had the miscarriage about 3 weeks prior.
I just took her into the back and said please don't tell anyone else yet but I'm pregnant again!

Its hard for me to do that though because I don't work in the same town as my boss. I'm a floater so I go to the differant branches whenever I am needed and I hardly ever see my boss, except maybe twice a year.

So id probably have to email him the news.
