How would you spell this name?

I love the name Lilliana - and this is my preferred spelling. But I have only heard it pronounced "lily-on-uh."

I guess if you prefer "lily-ann-na" - I would spell it Lilyanna. All the spellings look fine though really.

I'm not personally a fan of Freya at all!

That's an American accent thing. Over here it's pronounced Lily-anna
