Hubby has low testosterone

Anyone else have this issue? My husband's testosterone came back at a 94, very low! We do have one child that I concieved two years ago when his level was at 200 on the first try. This is our first month TTC again and didnt expect his levels to be so low. We have not done a sperm analysis yet.
