today jordan bought a hula hoop thingy with his xmas money. u know what i mean, one of those hoop things you swing on your hips, i think they are called hula hoops anyway, if i used it would it help me to lose weight and tone up?? if so, how long and how offten would i have to use it to notice a difference?
I would say that doing 10 minutes every day (without it keep falling) you would notice enough of a difference within 3-4weeks?
yer it is suppose to work i have one the only thing is i can't seem to get the hula hoop to stay up long enough
