Wondering if anyone can answer this for me...

My bath pretty much sucks so relaxing in a warm tub for a bit to ease my sore back and muscles is impossible. never mind the fact my bump gets freezing cause its sticking out the top of the water like a volcano waiting to errupt!
I've been doing the swimming thing but I really just want a big tub of warm water to sit in and relax. Have found a place near me that has a hydrotherapy pool which I'm thinking might be a possibility.

Now, the pool sits at a steady 33 deg celsius, (91F) and from what I've read, I shouldn't let my own body temperature go above 38 deg C. (101F)

Does anyone know how warm the water can be, or how long I can sit in it, before my own body temp would increase to a point where it becomes a worry?
