hypnobirthing cd

Hi there -

I've been recommended the Gentle birth method by Gowri Motha - in particular the hyponosis cds - but can only seem to find a book....have I got the wrong end of the stick or are there some cds as well? Has anyone got this / used it in the past and would they recommend it? Would it be good to use without attending any hypnobirthing classes? I'm coming up to 28 weeks - not sure if I've left it all a bit late!!

I haven't heard of Gowri Muthra, but there are a few of us planning gentle births using hypnobirthing and natal hypnotherapy. I would say classes are ideal but you can definitely benefit from reading books and practicing relaxation yourself. 28 weeks is plenty of time.
