Hypnobirthing Experiences Needed

Hi - I've been offered a private 5 week hypnobirthing course by an independent midwife who has recently qualified in hypnobirthing. While I can do my own reading into the benefits I wondered whether you could share any experiences you've had personally with hypnobirthing etc.
