Charlie is having a growth spurt and has been on the breast CONSTANTLY over the past 2 days. I've barely slept. He usually sleeps in a moses basket by the side of my bed but he's grown out of it and can only sleep in it if he's curled up. I'm trying to get him to sleep in his cot bed, it's still in my room, but he can be fast asleep when i put him in it and 4 seconds later wide awake again. I think it's the space that freaks him out. So here i am feeding him again, and i'll have to put him in his basket again or i won't get the sleep i desperately need. That's bad enough, but against a backdrop of hubby's constant really loud snoring and to top it all off the cat is flying round the room chasing a ping pong ball. I don't think i'm ever going to sleep again. Honestly. I could just run away. Charlie won't take a bottle despite best efforts so i can't even express a night feed for hubby to take over. What am i going to do? Any tips on getting lo to sleep in his cot? Not cc or cio please. Xx
