Seriously need to rant. I was sending 15 oz with LO to daycare up until a month ago when they started having 3-4 oz left over every day. It would already have been heated so I was having to dump it...They told me to send more solids which I did and I decreased the milk to 13 oz.

Well now a month later, the daycare lady told me she thinks he needs more milk!!!?

Wth!!! Do they not understand bfing? I am not a freaking McDonalds! You can't just place an order and my boobs magically respond!!! It is going to take weeks to increase my pumping back up to 15 oz!!!! They need to make up their minds!

When your supply gets back up, if they send any home Id still carry on pumping same amount and freeze a couple of Oz so that if he ups his milk again you have some spare while you wait for your supply to go back up again

I have a decent freezer stash...but it is just so frustrating. My OH keeps LO 2-3 days a week and says that is plenty of milk.

I would just not send in extra, just say "sorry this is all I have"!

you could ask them to offer LO some water if they run out of milk. It would be okay for him to have a few oz's of water.
